PAL Team has extensive in different areas.

Juan Muñoz -Founder and CEO

Juan has over 30 years of experience in the BioPharma and contract testing industry across the US. He worked in the areas of QA, QC, Validation, Compliance and Microbiology testing in many companies like Lederle Laboratories, Adria, Adria SP, Pharmacia, Abgenix and Bayer. Juan has founded 3 contract laboratories: Micro-Virology Laboratories, Microbiology & Quality Associates, and Prime Analytical Laboratories. He has a Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in Microbiology.

Lorena Palomino – Analytical Chemist Scientist

Lorena has extensive experience in analytical chemistry, HPLC method development and validation, raw material testing, operation and qualification of HPLCs, LC-MS-MS, GC-FID/MSD, FTIR and many other lab equipment.  She has a Master’s degree in Chemistry.

Mimi Leong – Director Business Development

Mimi has over 20 years experience in the sales and marketing in different contract testing laboratories. She has a BS in biochemistry and an MBA from UCLA.

Lucia Lagarejos – Quality Officer

Lucia has extensive experience in quality systems from companies such as BioRad, and other industries.   She has a B. S. in Biological Science, from UC, Davis, California.
